SUPPORT SERVICES

Support Service staff contribute to the well being of residents, visitors and staff by keeping the facility and residents’ living areas clean and tidy. Every effort is made to make the environment comfortable, safe and secure.

HOUSEKEEPING
Residents' rooms and common areas are cleaned regularly. Clean linens and towels are provided to residents as required.

LAUNDRY
Residents’ clothing that is machine washable will be laundered on site. A dry clean service can be arranged upon request.

MAINTENANCE
Maintenance staff are responsible for making sure that all equipment is in good working order. The buildings and grounds are serviced and maintained on a regular basis.
